Meta Ads
Connect Meta's AI power to your brand's growth.
We develop your Facebook and Instagram advertising with creative strategy, reliable conversion data and AI-assisted campaign management. New customer acquisition, sales quality and the commercial return on your ad investment are assessed together.
We run your ad investment in the same direction as your growth goals
Your ad spend may be rising while new customer acquisition does not keep pace. Your campaigns may collect forms that your sales team finds unqualified. Meta, web analytics and sales records can describe the same period differently.
These problems are not independent of one another. The objective chosen, the ad's message, the data used and the purchase experience all contribute to the same result.
The Webtures Meta Ads approach brings those parts into one growth plan. It starts by understanding your business economics and continues through measurement, production and testing. Every assessment feeds the next decision: what we will improve, which experiment we will run, and on what grounds we will change the budget.
New customer acquisition
We treat reaching new customers alongside acquisition cost and the value a customer brings to your business. New and existing customer results are examined separately, within the limits of the data available.
A stronger ad experience
We build consistency between message, offer, visual storytelling and landing page. The aim is for people to understand the product, trust the brand and take the next step easily.
Measurement you can decide on
We interpret platform performance together with sales and customer data. Our reports explain where a result comes from, what it covers and what it means for the decision at hand.
What the Webtures Meta Ads service covers
We shape the scope around your goals, your existing setup and your team's capacity. Campaign management, creative production and technical development needs are defined separately at proposal stage.
01 Commercial goals and account strategy
Concrete output: Account review, goal and metric framework, budget scenarios, prioritised improvement list.
We start by reviewing the conditions your growth depends on: your products and services, customer profile, sales cycle, target markets, stock or service capacity, and a sustainable acquisition cost.
In the existing ad account we look at campaign structure, budget allocation, objectives and past learnings. The result is a work plan with a clear order of priority.
02 Conversion data and measurement setup
Concrete output: Measurement plan, event inventory, technical requirement list, test records and a data quality assessment. Integration development is scoped separately.
We check how a purchase, enquiry or appointment is actually recorded in your systems. Depending on the business model we define what is needed for Meta Pixel, the Conversions API, app events and CRM connections.
We run checks such as making sure the same action sent from browser and server is not counted twice, that events fire at the right moment, and that values are passed in the right currency. Having a setup in place is assessed separately from whether the data is correct.
03 Creative strategy and content production
Concrete output: Message matrix, creative briefs, format plan, approved ad variations and a learning archive. Shoots, creators, licensing and revision scope are stated in the proposal.
We base ad production on customer insight. Which need stands out? Which objection delays the decision? Which product feature turns into a real benefit? We translate those questions into message and visual hypotheses.
Depending on scope we plan production for short video, Reels, Stories, static imagery, carousels, product demonstrations and creator collaborations. The opening seconds, the core message, product proof and the call to action are designed together.
04 AI-assisted campaign management
Concrete output: Campaign architecture, launch plan, budget control rules, optimisation records and a test calendar.
We choose the campaign objective and optimisation signal from the commercial need. The Advantage+ options available in your account, audience and placement choices, budget and bidding approach are all evaluated against that objective.
While using Meta's automation we keep the decision framework explicit: which result is valuable, which budget limit applies, which data we trust, and how we will measure whether a change worked. The availability of automation options varies by campaign and account.
05 E-commerce and catalogue ads
Concrete output: Catalogue checklist, product grouping recommendations, sales campaigns, new versus existing customer analysis, product-level actions.
We treat the product catalogue as a commercial asset. We check consistency between price, stock, product imagery, variants and the product page the ad opens.
We plan suitable campaigns for new customer acquisition, product discovery and re-engagement. Best sellers are assessed together with margin, returns, availability and their contribution to new customer acquisition.
06 Qualified demand and CRM integration
Concrete output: Definition of a qualified enquiry, form and CRM field mapping, sales feedback loop, demand quality report.
How many enquiries arrive matters, but so does whether they can progress to a sale. We review form questions, your offer and the landing experience together with your sales team.
Where the CRM allows it, we bring valid enquiry, qualified opportunity and won customer stages into the measurement plan. Feedback sent back to Meta is limited to supported integrations and data sharing conditions.
07 Messaging and conversation conversion
Concrete output: Conversation flow, greeting suggestions, qualification questions, responsible team and an outcome tracking plan.
Ads that open a WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram conversation are planned together with greeting, response, qualification and hand-off to sales.
A started conversation and a qualified conversation are different outcomes. We look at response time, conversation outcomes and operational capacity. Chatbot or AI assistant development, where needed, forms a separate implementation scope.
08 Experiments, reporting and growth decisions
Concrete output: Experiment plan, evaluation notes, executive summary and priorities for the next period.
We prioritise hypotheses about creative, offer, landing experience and campaign structure. Where a controlled test is possible we design the comparison accordingly; we do not present day-to-day performance observations as definitive cause and effect.
Each period we share which hypotheses were supported, where the evidence was insufficient, and what the next budget decision rests on.
A different definition of success for each business model
| Business goal | Focus of the work | Results we assess together |
|---|---|---|
| E-commerce sales | Product discovery, purchase and repeat orders | New customers, net sales, acquisition cost, returns and contribution margin |
| B2B demand generation | Qualified enquiries from the right company and decision maker | Sales-accepted demand, opportunities and won customers |
| Appointments and service sales | Suitable enquiries, consultations and service uptake | Qualified appointments, completed consultations and customer cost |
| Mobile app | Valuable usage after the install | Activation, subscription, retention and user acquisition cost |
| Brand and product launch | Reach, message comprehension and demand development | Audience reach, frequency and, where conditions allow, brand lift studies |
| Multi-market growth | Local offer, language and operational fit | Cost per customer by market, sales quality and commercial contribution |
Metrics are defined at the start of the project. An install in an app, or a form submission in a service business, is not the same measure of success as winning the customer.
Where do Meta ads appear?
Meta Ads is the ecosystem for planning and managing campaigns across the ad surfaces Meta supports, Facebook and Instagram first among them. Facebook ad management, Instagram advertising and suitable messaging scenarios can be handled within this service.
Facebook and Instagram
In surfaces such as Feed, Stories and Reels we prepare the message around how people consume that content. Photo, video, carousel and catalogue-linked options are assessed against the campaign objective and the formats available.
Rather than carrying one ad into every surface unchanged, we adapt framing, text density and the call to action to the experience.
WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram messaging
Ads that lead to messaging aim to start a conversation after the click. They can be considered for service sales, product enquiries and pre-sale question-and-answer flows.
An ad that opens a WhatsApp conversation from Facebook or Instagram is not the same product as an ad inside WhatsApp's own Status surface. We check the scenario, country and account eligibility separately.
Threads and other eligible placements
New or expanding placements such as Threads are assessed against audience, creative fit, brand requirements and what the account can access. Publisher surfaces outside Meta, such as Audience Network, are not selected automatically for every objective either.
An app being available in a country does not mean every advertising feature in it is open to the same extent. Channel and placement decisions are made against current account conditions.
How Meta's AI and Webtures' contribution come together
Meta uses advanced AI systems to select and personalise ads. Andromeda is infrastructure relating to the layer that identifies candidate ads in that recommendation process; it is not a product an agency buys or installs separately for your account.
What Webtures contributes is the campaign, creative and data structure those systems need in order to work towards the right goals for your business.
Broader analysis with AI
On approved data, AI can help classify message and creative performance, surface recurring issues and develop test ideas. We check the interpretations that emerge against the data source and human judgement.
More efficient creative development
Generative AI can support drafting, copy variation, visual adaptation and production preparation. Brand storytelling, product accuracy, usage rights and publication approval remain human responsibilities. Fabricated customer experiences and unverified product claims are not used.
Controlled operations with AI
Processes such as report preparation and anomaly flagging can be automated with suitable tools. Authority for actions such as raising budget, publishing new ads or changing data sharing is bound to the approval and control rules defined for the project.
Our creative strategy: from customer insight to a testable idea
A good creative plan makes different customer needs and decision barriers visible. It puts who your product is for, in what situation and why it matters, at the centre of the ad.
| Creative approach | The customer question it answers | Storytelling that can be used |
|---|---|---|
| Need and usage | What does this product make easier in my life? | A real usage scenario or a short demonstration |
| Product and method proof | Why should I trust the stated benefit? | A verifiable feature, process or product demonstration |
| Comparison | What is the difference between the options? | An accurate, fair comparison of usage differences |
| Answering the objection | What is stopping me from deciding? | An explanation of delivery, setup, compatibility or the service process |
| Customer experience | How has someone like me experienced this? | A consented, genuine user or customer account |
| Offer and timing | What is being proposed for me to consider now? | A campaign, bundle or launch offer with clear conditions |
At the end of each production cycle we record what worked, and under which conditions. That way the next round of production builds on the previous one.
We evaluate performance at three levels
1. Results the ad platform records
We track spend, reach, impressions, clicks and the conversions the platform attributes to the ad under specific attribution settings. This data is used in day-to-day campaign management.
2. Results the business verifies
Through CRM, order and app systems we look at qualified demand, won customers, net sales and the cost data available. Definitions such as tax, returns, cancellations, currency and time range are made consistent.
3. The incremental effect of advertising
Where there is enough data and suitable access, we consider experiments that compare against what would have happened without the advertising. Methods such as Conversion Lift require specific eligibility and test conditions; they cannot be applied the same way in every account.
These three levels answer different questions. We do not automatically conclude that every sale the platform attributes to an ad happened because of that ad.
What ROAS tells you, and what profitability requires
ROAS is the revenue attributed to advertising under specific measurement rules, divided by ad spend. On its own it does not show profit. Cost of goods, returns, shipping contribution, payment fees and service costs are assessed separately.
Illustrative example: 400,000 TL of revenue attributed to 100,000 TL of ad spend is a ROAS of 4. On that same 400,000 TL revenue base, a pre-advertising contribution margin of 20% produces 80,000 TL of contribution. Subtracting the ad spend leaves minus 20,000 TL, before any other fixed costs. This is a hypothetical calculation, not a Webtures client result.
That is why we build targets from your brand's own economics.
How the first 90 days unfold
Where access and project requirements allow, we plan the first 90 days along the flow below. The calendar is shaped by technical readiness, creative production, the sales cycle and approval times.
Business goals, account audit and groundwork
Measurement plan, priority list, campaign and creative roadmap; initial tests where the ground is ready.
Running the tests and data quality
Creative learnings, conversion and demand quality checks, first optimisation decisions.
Commercial review and the next period
Comparison against goals, budget scenarios, a scaling or improvement plan.
A campaign going live does not mean its effect can yet be assessed reliably. We set decision points together with data volume and how long sales take to materialise.
What you receive when we work together
At the start
- ›Current state and opportunity assessment.
- ›Goals, metric definitions and measurement scope.
- ›Priority plan for campaign, creative and technical needs.
- ›Project owners, approval flow and communication routine.
Throughout the work
- ›Campaign management and creative output in line with scope.
- ›Hypotheses tested and an assessment of the results.

How we work with enterprise teams
Coordination and expertise
Owners for strategy, campaign operation, creative and measurement are defined at the start of the project. The role, communication routine and delivery responsibility of the teams and specialist partners working under Webtures coordination are made explicit.
We can set up a joint working routine with your marketing team, your sales team, your technology function and your other agencies. Management responsibility or consulting scope is defined according to need.
Accounts, access and continuity
We check ownership of the ad account, catalogue, data sources and related assets at the start. Ownership of your existing assets stays with you. Where possible, new assets are created inside your own business account.
Access is limited to the permissions the work requires, using the authorisation methods the platform supports. At the end of an engagement we plan the handover of agreed records and documents, the removal of permissions and the steps needed for continuity. Usage rights for material produced and third-party licences are stated in the contract.
Budget and publishing control
Budget limits, exceptional changes, creative approvals and the escalation path for critical situations are agreed in advance, so it stays traceable who made which decision.
Data and brand standards
Measurement and integrations are assessed together with your organisation's data sharing rules, the user consents required and platform conditions. Sending data from a server does not remove consent or data protection requirements.
The use of AI tools, the sharing of customer data and the rights to advertising material are addressed explicitly within the project scope.
Engagement options to suit your needs
Strategy and account review
Suitable for seeing the strengths, problems and improvement areas of your current ad operation. Account structure, measurement, creative and commercial goals are examined together. The output is a prioritised implementation plan.
Ongoing Meta Ads management
Suitable for brands that want campaign operation, creative testing and performance review carried out as a continuous engagement. Production and integration needs are defined alongside the management scope.
Enterprise consulting and team support
Suitable for businesses with their own operations team, or coordinating several brands and markets. It concentrates on strategy, measurement standards, experiment design and how teams work.
How the Meta Ads fee is set
We build the fee from the number of accounts and markets to be managed, the scope of work, creative capacity, integration needs and reporting requirements. Costs are separated clearly in the proposal.
| Cost item | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Media budget | The media spend allocated for delivery on Meta |
| Strategy and management | Planning, campaign operation, evaluation and coordination |
| Creative production | Design, copy, video, shoots, creators and usage rights according to scope |
| Technical work | The measurement, catalogue, CRM or other integration development required |
| External tools | Software and infrastructure costs agreed for the project |
Payment and invoicing arrangements, how additional work is approved, contract duration and handover conditions are explained at proposal stage.
Meta Ads and your growth infrastructure should develop together
Being findable in AI answers and in search.
Having a definition of which number proves what.
Accelerating existing demand with budget.
Whether the interest an ad creates turns into a sale also depends on the quality of your product information, your web experience and your customer communication. That is why we include the post-click experience in the assessment.
Where needed we connect measurement work to the AI & Agentic Analytics scope. Advertising data, AI-sourced referrals and agent transaction data are different kinds of data and are not used interchangeably.
As AI assistants take a larger role in product research and decision making, brands may need more consistent product information and a more current commerce setup. We assess readiness for that shift through product data, offer consistency and integration options. Future use cases are planned separately from the features working in your account today.
The questions we get, answered carefully.
The most common questions about scope, measurement and how we work.
Consultancy can concentrate on strategy, account review, measurement and guiding your team. Management also covers the continuing operation: launching, budget tracking, optimisation and reporting. The Webtures proposal states plainly which responsibilities are taken on.
There is no single figure that applies to every business. Target market, product economics, competition, the conversion to be measured and testing needs are assessed together. The first budget is matched to a scope that can produce meaningful data and that the business can sustain.
The proposal shows media budget and service fee as separate line items. Areas where creative production, integration and external tool costs are included are stated separately, so it is clear what the total investment covers.
Production scope is set in the proposal. Concept, copy, design, video adaptation, shoots and creator collaborations can be separate work items. Quantity, revisions, delivery schedule and usage rights are clarified at the start.
Ownership of the client's existing accounts and data sources stays with the client. Where possible, new assets are created inside the client's own business account. The records handed over at the end of the engagement, the removal of access and the usage rights to material produced are set out in the contract. Licence and export limits of third-party tools are assessed separately.
Yes. Responsibilities can be split for strategy, technical measurement, creative review or operational support. To avoid conflicting changes in the same account, we clarify decision and publishing rights at the start.
Launch preparation, the accumulation of first performance data and the maturing of a commercial result are different timescales. Data volume, technical readiness, creative production and the sales cycle all affect timing. Review points are set at the start; no specific sales result is guaranteed by a specific date.
Ad scenarios that start a WhatsApp conversation can be brought into scope according to need and account eligibility. Ad surfaces inside WhatsApp, the messaging API, automation and customer support operations are different needs; they are not automatically part of the same scope.
Where it suits the project's needs and brand rules, AI-assisted production can be considered. Product accuracy, copyright and usage rights, and brand storytelling are checked. Publication approval is given by defined owners.
First we agree the definition of a qualified enquiry with the sales team. We then assess the message, the offer, the form and the follow-up process against that definition. Where the CRM allows it, we bring later stages of the enquiry into reporting and into supported optimisation flows.
Meta Pixel is used to send events from the browser. The Conversions API can send events from supported sources over a server connection. In setups that use both, data accuracy and the prevention of double counting must be checked. The need is determined by the business model.
Yes. Scenarios such as in-platform forms or messaging can work with different measurement sources. The data infrastructure needed to optimise website sales or on-site behaviour is assessed separately. We do not assume the same technical precondition for every campaign.
No. Being a data transmission method does not mean every transaction will match with the platform or that all of them will be attributed to advertising. Consent, data quality, user matching and measurement rules all affect coverage. The business's own sales records must also be tracked.
Attribution approach, time range, event definition, user matching, consent status and data processing differences can present the same outcome differently. We compare by checking what each source actually measures. Adding results from different tools together can create double counting.
The revenue shown in ROAS depends on the value definition sent; whether discounts and returns are reflected in that value must be verified. ROAS does not on its own show product and service costs. The revenue the platform attributes to an ad is also not the same concept as the incremental effect the ad created. Contribution margin and customer acquisition economics must be part of the assessment.
