Corporate SItraining
Buying the licences was the easy part. Our corporate SI training programme trains your teams by role, has them practise on their own work and measures the result for 90 days. Every layer, from the board to the front line, gets its own track.
What is corporate SI training?
Corporate SI training is a programme of diagnosis, training, practice and measurement that helps employees bring super intelligence tools into their daily work in a way that fits their role, stays safe and can be measured. Most employees already use these tools; what is missing is use that runs on approved tools and is tied to business goals.

WEF FUTURE OF JOBS 2025How it differs from one-off tool training
| Topic | One-off tool training | Corporate programme |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point | The features of one tool | Business goals and priority processes |
| Audience | The same content for everyone | Separate tracks for leaders, departments, champions and technical teams |
| Content | Generic examples | Scenarios taken from participants' own work |
| Safety | A short warning slide | Data classification, approved tools and human sign-off rules |
| Measurement | A satisfaction survey | Skill, usage and business outcome against a baseline |
| What stays behind | A slide deck | Usage policy, task library, training record and a champion network |

What do departments practise?
Participants work on scenarios from their own jobs, using anonymised or synthetic data. These outputs are assessed at the end:
What stays behind, and how is success measured?
- ParticipationCompletion and attendance
- SkillPre- and post-test on the same task
- UsageWeekly use of approved tools
- Business outcomeTime, errors, rework
- PersistenceDay 30, 60 and 90
What stays in the organisation
Worked example: if preparing a report drops from 120 to 80 minutes, the time saving is (120 − 80) / 120 = 33.3%.
If quality fell or review time rose, the gain is recalculated. We do not promise outcome percentages here; we report only measured data the client has agreed to share.
The limits of each measurement layer
| Layer | Indicator | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Participation | Completion, attendance, satisfaction | Shows no business impact on its own |
| Skill | Pre- and post-assessment on the same task | Assessment criteria must match in both rounds |
| Usage | Weekly active use of approved tools | More use does not always mean better results |
| Business outcome | Time, errors, rework, output quality | Task scope and difficulty must be comparable |
| Persistence | Use still going at day 30, 60 and 90 | Manager support and tool access affect the result |
Training, the EU AI Act and data protection
In application since 2 February 2025; the Digital Omnibus amendment, in force since 27 July 2026, recast it as a duty to take measures that support the AI literacy of staff. According to the European Commission no certificate is required and an internal training record can be kept, while simply asking staff to read the instructions for use may not be enough. National authorities supervise it from 2 August 2026.
The Turkish data protection authority published its fifteen-question guide on generative AI and personal data on 24 November 2025. It covers controller and processor roles, misleading content, security measures and human oversight; the programme's security and data modules follow it, alongside GDPR.
For companies operating in the EU, or serving EU customers, a training record per employee is concrete evidence of compliance work. This section is for information and is not legal advice.

Frequently asked,
carefully answered.
01 How long does corporate SI training take?
It depends on the programmes chosen. The maturity diagnostic typically takes 2 weeks, the executive programme a 3-hour briefing or a 1-day workshop, SI literacy for everyone 4 to 6 hours, department programmes 8 to 16 hours per department and the champions academy 6 to 8 weeks. Measurement and coaching continue for 90 days after training.
02 How is it priced?
By number of participants, the programmes chosen, the format and the scope of measurement. Instead of a fixed catalogue price we send a written proposal covering schedule, format and budget after the needs conversation.
03 Which SI tools do you work with?
The tools your organisation licenses and your IT team approves, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini or Claude. If you have not chosen a tool yet, the programme starts with a module on selection criteria.
04 Is our real company data used in training?
No. Practice scenarios run on anonymised or synthetic data. Before training we review the data and privacy settings of the tools with your IT team.
05 Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes, a verifiable attendance certificate. The skills assessment is a separate report: a pre- and post-test on the same task shows what a participant can actually do.
06 Is the training in person or online?
All three are possible: in person at your offices, live online or hybrid. Programmes run in English or Turkish. For hands-on sessions we recommend groups of no more than 25.
07 Is the training enough for Article 4 of the EU AI Act?
Role-based content and a training record per employee are a concrete part of the supporting measures Article 4 asks for. According to the European Commission, no certificate is required and an internal training record can be kept. The final assessment of your obligations belongs with your legal team.
08 Is there content for technical teams?
Yes. The agent and workflow lab is built for process owners and technical teams; modules on APIs, MCP and coding agents are designed separately around your technical team's prerequisites.
09 Do you offer support after training?
The 90-day measurement and coaching programme tracks usage after training and clears blockers. For organisations that want an ongoing structure we set up a corporate SI academy with a champion network and a living task library.
10 Can I join as an individual?
This programme is designed for organisations. For individual participation, see the Webtures Academy programmes and our guide to SI training.
