PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEETING PARTICIPANTS

This privacy notice has been prepared by WEBTURES DİJİTAL BİLİŞİM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“Company”), with Mersis No. 0800053943700021, residing at Esentepe Mahallesi Milangaz Cad. Kartal Vizyon St. A-2 Bl. No: 77/219 Kartal/Istanbul, acting as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.

The Company processes the name, surname, institution name, and contact information that you have provided to us in person or via email, limited to confirming your participation in the meeting and your entry into the building, determining the number of participants for statistical purposes, providing meeting and related information, conducting our service procurement processes, and ensuring your security; and does not share such data with third parties.

The personal data in question is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely “being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, “being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject”, and “existence of a contractual relationship”, through automated means via email or through non-automated means such as identity presentation in case of an in-person application.

During the meeting or breaks, photographs may be taken by personnel assigned by the Company for use in the Company’s printed/visual media. For this purpose, seating arrangements have been made in the meeting hall. Participants who do not wish to be photographed must contact the information desk. A participant who does not consent to being photographed will be informed by the information desk staff about the area where no shooting will take place. Participants who do not submit a request to the information desk may be photographed and such photographs may be shared in the relevant media.

The personal data in question may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement agencies upon request due to legal disputes or as required by applicable legislation. You may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law regulating the rights of the data subject in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller” in writing to Esentepe Mahallesi Milangaz Cad. Kartal Vizyon St. A-2 Bl. No: 77/219 Kartal/Istanbul or via your email address to info@webtures.com.
